How Project-Pulse turns public evidence into early project intelligence
Project-Pulse follows a bounded signal path: monitor public sources, detect relevant evidence, connect related records, score the opportunity and keep the source trail visible.

1. Monitor permitted public sources
The crawler is designed for public information: official websites, document libraries, planning and procurement records, public papers and structured files that can be fetched politely.
2. Detect early buying signals
Rules and AI-assisted extraction look for references to schemes, feasibility, funding, surveys, appointments, risks, capacity needs, capital programmes and likely building-services scope.
3. Connect evidence into a timeline
Separate documents can refer to the same emerging scheme. Project-Pulse links them where the evidence supports it and retains source attribution for later validation.
4. Prioritise against a profile
The system can consider sectors, services, geography, frameworks, relationships, preferred values, project stages and exclusions when ranking opportunities, where those fields are configured in the customer profile.

Project-Pulse provides business intelligence based on permitted public information. An early signal is not confirmation that a procurement will occur, and users should validate material opportunities against original sources and later updates.
